Replacement Circuit Board for MaxxAir Fan Not Working w/ Lithium Batteries

Updated 06/19/2024 | Published 06/13/2024

Question:

I have a Maxxfan Deluxe model 7000k. When I replaced my batteries with lithium ion the maxxfan stopped working properly. It comes on momentarily then shuts off leaving a solid green light. I am guessing it doesnt like the slightly higher voltage. If I order another mother board from you, will it work with the lithium setup. I think the replacement board is MA10A21275K. Is that made to withstand the higher voltage? Please let me know what you think.

Yes, it will! We've encountered this problem before. The old motherboards do not like the higher voltage output from Lithium batteries.

Thanks for the picture! Since you have the MaxxFan Deluxe 00-07000K you will need the Replacement Printed Circuit Board item # MA10A21275K. This is built to work with the higher voltage.
