Hi, I have 4 pin wiring on my Outback, a Curt bluetooth brake controller and a tear standy with a 7 pin plug. What adapter can I get to connect the 4 pin on the car to the 7 pin bluetooth brake controller which is plugged into the 7 pin trailer plug, that will power the trailers electric brakes and not start an electrical fire?

To convert the 4-way of your 2021 Subaru Outback Wagon to a 7-way and wire it up so that you can install the Echo # C51180 you'd need the part # ETBC7L which we put together as a kit for the Echo and people with 4-ways like your vehicle.
I attached an install video for this on a 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon similar to your 2021 model as well.
