Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521451-4 are for Overland and Trailhawk models. Instead you'll want either the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521452-4 or the # RM-521452-5 for direct-connect arms. Trimming of spoiler, air dam, grill or plastic fascia may be required on some models of this vehicle while installing either of these base plates.

To flat tow your 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus you'll also need a tow bar, tow bar wiring, braking system, and safety cables. If you don't already have those then I have the following recommendations for you below:

Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. The non-binding design allows you to release your vehicle at any time, anywhere on even or unlevel ground and the large hookup radius makes connecting a breeze at any angle, even if your vehicle isn't perfectly lined up with your RV.

Tow Bar Wiring: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit allows you to use your Jeep Cherokee's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV and comes with the 7-wire to 6-wire Flexo-Coil electrical cord included.

Braking System: Brake Buddy Classic 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39494. This supplemental braking system applies the towed vehicle's brakes with preset intensity when it senses braking action of RV with its internal inertia sensor. The included 15-Amp charger will keep your vehicle's battery charged while you tow.

Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643. These cables have a coiled design which will prevent them from dragging on the ground and being damaged.

You may also need a high/low adapter depending on the height difference between your vehicle and the RV hitch so I've attached our help guide article on determining the correct rise/drop adapter.
