Why Am I Getting Only 4.5V To My Running Lights?

Question:
I have a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. On my hitch connector I have a dual 4 pin and 7 pin connector. I get left turn 12v and right turn 12v, but only 4.5v on the running lights.

Expert Reply:
The running lights draw more power so a weak ground could be preventing the full draw. I would go over your grounds and then test your wires with this tester # PTW2993 again.
