How long are these wires at their shortest and most stretched lengths when using them?

I measured the Tail Light Bars for Rock Tamers Mud Flaps - Qty 2 # ERT240, and the the most I felt comfortable stretching the longer wire was around 41 inches. Not stretched was around 14.5 inches. For the shorter wire, the most I felt comfortable stretching it was around 26 inches. Not stretched was around 11 inches.
