Replacement Lift Brackets with Handle for Reese Weight Distribution Systems # RP6637 that you were looking at is a kit that includes 2 of the Replacement Lift Bracket for Reese Weight Distribution Systems # RP21501. This is the current bracket offered by Reese; Reese also confirmed that they could not locate a part number 21500 like you have so it is possible that you actually have 21501, or that you have an old part number which has now been replaced by the current 21501.
Either way, it sounds like Replacement Lift Brackets with Handle for Reese Weight Distribution Systems # RP6637 is what you would be needing. These brackets connect to your trailer's tongue and provide connection points for the Reese weight distribution chains. The included lift bar provides an easy means of raising or lowering the spring bars.
