I have a recommendation as we do not currently have a rolling bar like the Yakima ShowBoat roller.
I Recommend the Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist # RR-RUSL is a great way to help load your Stand Up Paddleboard on the roof of your 1996 Toyota Landcruiser. It will allow you to side load your paddleboard much easier and you do not have to worry about the front of the board falling hard on the front crossbar like some rear load assists.
It has a universal mounting system that will allow you to use it with several different cross bars. I have linked a copy of the instructions below that will explain what crossbars it will fit along with the correct clamps for each type.
