will this fit 2021 Ram 1500 4x4 stock height, not Classic? if so, available for purchase at this time? thanks

I have an option for you if you are looking to enhance your suspension on your 2021 Ram 1500 but the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1129-135 will not be a fit. Roadmaster has not developed or confirmed an anti-sway bar for the 2019-2021 Dodge Ram 1500.
The option I have for you depending on your needs is helper springs. These helper springs can be beneficial to you with support and added control with heavy loads.
Depending on how much you are towing I have two recommendations. The first recommendation is for lighter loads and that is the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-307-47. I recommend this suspension enhancement because the springs work independently of each other to reduce body roll and to compensate off-center loads.
If you have heavier loads I recommend the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88375. I recommend these helper springs because the internal jounce bumpers keep your truck from bottoming out if you do not have enough air pressure for the load you are carrying.
