Question:
Will the coach Link Monitor work with an Air Force One that was purchased in 2018. Thx

Expert Reply:
It sure will! You can absolutely add the CoachLink monitoring system to your Air Force One supplemental braking system even if it didn't come with it. The transmitter is just three wires that connect to the Air Force One's reed switch, and the receiver just plugs into your RV's 12 volt outlet and you're set. To add the CoachLink you will need the following:
- Demco SBS CoachLink 900 Wireless TranDemco SBStter and Receiver Braking Indicator Set # SM99945
I have added links below to the instructions as well as a video review for you to check out if you'd like to take a look.

Hey Kyle, I just had the Air Force 1 installed on my 2023 Chevy Equinox by a professional installer and it works great except the version he installed is the one without the Coachlink wireless monitor that would just sit on my RV's dash. And, I just cannot see those little lights on the dash of my Equinox from my RV. So, I would like to add the wireless Coachlink system but I can't understand why the 2 wires on the Coachlink transmitter can't just connect to the 2 wires that are in the three little LED's that are stuck on the back of my rearview mirror in the Equinox. Can you explain to me because I'm just getting confused. Also, the Equinox battery is always disconnected whenever it's being flat towed. Thanks a lot.
