The Jeep Wrangler is one of the most popular vehicles that are flat towed behind an RV, and the 2015 Jeep Wrangler with 4wd and an automatic transmission can be flat towed; you will want to follow the procedures outlined in the "Recreational Towing" section of your owner's manual for specific instructions.
A complete flat towing setup consists of base plates, a compatible tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, supplemental braking and possibly a high/low adapter. I've gone ahead and put a short list together of the parts I recommend using to flat tow your 2015 Wrangler.

Tow Bar: Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain (comes with safety cables integrated) # RM-676
Tow Bar Wiring Harness: Hopkins Tail Light Wiring Kit # HM56200
Supplemental Braking: Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR - also requires 12v outlet kit # RM-9332
