What is the measurement from inside bolt pattern to the out side of the rim, that is very important,

On the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20535 you were looking at the wheel measures 3" from the hub mounting surface to the outside edge of the wheel.
Since this wheel and nearly all other trailer wheels have 0 offset, the hub mounting surface is located exactly in the middle of the wheel.
