I have a solution for you, but the crossbar spread on the Malone LowBed MicroSport Trailer - 78" # MPG464-LB is going to be too wide to allow you to carry bikes. Most roof rack mounted bike carriers need a crossbar spread no more than 38" apart, and the MicroSport LowBed trailers have a minimum spacing of 44".
However, the Yakima Rack and Roll Trailer - 78" # Y08107 can be oriented with a minimum crossbar spread of 36", which is compatible with most roof rack style bike carriers. This rack has 78" long crossbars that will help give you the space you need to carry 2 bikes with your 2 kayaks, and has a 250-lbs capacity. If your bikes and boats combine to weigh more than that you can add the shock kit with part # Y08110 to increase the capacity to 350-lbs.
With this trailer you'll want to use a post style kayak carrier like the Thule The Stacker - Rooftop Multi-Kayak Carrier # TH830, because it allows you to carry the kayaks close together to limit their footprint on the bars to give you the most possible crossbar space left to mount bikes. You'll also need roof rack style bike carriers with a minimal footprint, so I recommend using the Swagman Fork Down Roof Mounted Bike Carrier - Fork Mount # S64710 since it's only about 7" wide. You can install these carriers facing opposite directions to reduce handlebar contact.
I've linked some review and installation videos of these parts for you to check out as well.
