How To Mount Spare Tire And Bike Rack On RV

Question:

In the review video mount n lock GennyGoRv bumper mounted generator and cargo carrier kit review, there is a mounted spare tire on the back of the 5th wheel above the bumper. It appears that a bracket installed on the the bumper is being used. How did you do this? As shown in my picture, for my bike rack to work, I need to mount the tire above the bumper. I can’t find anything available to do this. Can you help?

I am not sure which spare tire carrier you saw in the video, however, the closest thing would be Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195125. This fits a 2" receiver and provides a spare tire mount on top, along with a 2" receiver opening extended out so that you can install a bike rack. I attached a demonstration video for you.
