Question:

I’m looking for a 2 1/2” extension that remains a 2 1/2” receiver at the other end. It’s just like your Item # Y69VR which fits a 2” receiver and s into a 2” receiver. It only needs to be 7” or so. It just to extend my 2 1/2” receiver so my tailgate doesn’t hit my trailer jack. Do you have something like this?

I have a solution for your tailgate clearance issue but we do not have a 2 1/2" extension that doesn't reduce that is also around the length you are looking for. I recommend going with an extended ball mount. Item # BZ20 is the Brophy Ball Mount for 2-1/2" hitches it has 3/4" rise or 2" drop and is 13-1/4" long. I have linked a review video.
