I may have a solution for you, but the Folding, Bumper Mounted Tire Carrier # TR-2 is only designed for trailer tires and won't hold the heavier tires you're going to find on a passenger vehicle like your 1969 Ford Bronco. If you've got a trailer hitch on your vehicle then the best solution would be the Curt Trailer Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # c31006, which can hold heavier tires with almost any bolt pattern; this is typically a great solution that we recommend for RVs, but it would also work well for your 4x4.
If you don't have a hitch, then the Brophy Rigid Mount Spare Tire Carrier # BR56VR is similar to the # TR-2 and can carry wheels up to 17-1/2" in diameter- the tire size won't matter in this instance, just the wheel diameter. There is no weight limit listed for this carrier.
If you can provide the bolt pattern and diameter of your wheel, I may be able to come up with a better solution.
