I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, the Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards # AA3025165 will not fit your 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Also, that particular part does not come with the customized mounting hardware required for installation and does not include the LEDs. For both the correct length of running boards and the hardware/LEDs, I recommend the Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards with Custom Installation Kit - LED Lights # AA27FR.
