What bike rack do you recommend for two bikes and both have fenders and weighing about 56 lbs each? I have a 2-inch tow hitch receiver on my 2021 Rav 4 Hybrid.

For your Cannondale Adventure Neo 3 EQ Electric bikes and 2021 Toyota RAV4 I recommend the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH903202. It has a per bike weight capacity of 65lbs and fits a 2" receiver. It comes with a ramp to help roll your bikes up into place on the rack and is a frame mount design. If your bikes have a step through frame you'll want the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Electric, Step Through, and Cruiser Bikes # S57FR. This adapter will allow the frame mount to have something to easily grip onto to securely transport your bikes.

Note: The distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the face of the hitch must be 1-1/2" or greater to use this rack.
