2021 Subaru Crosstrek What is the ground clearance, bottom of the hitch to the ground, once this hitch is installed? Thank you

When we installed the etrailer hitch part # e98912 on a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek like yours we found that the distance from the ground to the bottom of the hitch measured 13 inches.
