Question:
Which Rail kit would best fit a 99 f350. I have a BW patriot 18k slider. BW only seems to offer a universal install kit for a 1999 f350. I would rather not drill holes. thank you

If you are wanting to maintain the use of your B&W Patriot hitch while getting a custom set of installation rails then you will not be able to use B&W rails. The only B&W rails that work for your 1999 Ford F350 are universal rails.
You can use a set as rails such as the Demco Hijacker Premier Series Above-Bed Base Rails and Custom Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Hitches # DM8552006-71. These rails are custom fit for you truck so there is no drilling required. They are made in the USA and provide you with industry standard rails so you can use your B&W Patriot hitch.
If you want to make wiring up your 5th wheel easier you can pick up the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness 7-Pole # C56000. This allows you to move the 7-way connector up into the bed of your truck for easier hook up, while maintaining use of your factory 7-way at the rear of your truck.
