What are the torque settings on this coupler when moving it vertically up and down? Thanks

The Lock N Roll Articulating Coupler # 336TS502 will come with two 5/8" grade 5 coarse thread mounting bolts and lock nuts. These bolts have a recommended torque spec of 112 lb-ft.
