I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack # C18085 will not work with a trike because the wheel hoops are not positioned wide enough to fit the distance of the rear-wheel setup of a tricycle.
With that being said, the best and only option we have for transporting your Schwinn trike is the SeaSucker Trike Rack # 298-BD1005. The vacuum cups on the trike rack include a combined pull strength of 1,050 lbs, so you can rest assured that your trike is secure during transport. I went ahead and attached a video that highlights the true strength of the vacuum cups.
