What is the dimension from centerline of top bolt hole to centerline of 3rd hole from the top?

The distance from the center of the top bolt hole to the center of the third bolt hole from the top is 3 inches for the Replacement CE Smith Heavy Duty, Vertical Bunk Bracket # CE10162GA.
These brackets are 10" tall x 5" wide and to install require 1/2" diameter U-bolts to such as the CE Smith U-Bolts # CE15283GA-4.
