Galvanized Steel

Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the replacement CE Smith heavy duty vertical bunk bracket. This replaces one damaged CE Smith heavy duty 90 degree vertical bunk bracket on your trailer. It's designed to stabilize one end of the bunk board when used with an additional bracket. An additional bracket is sold separately. This part number's good for one bracket. It does require half inch diameter U-bolt for installation.
U-bolt is sold separately as well. The unit itself is constructed of rust and corrosion resistant galvanized steel. It is suitable for saltwater exposure. It's made in the USA.We're going to take a look at the dimensions real quick, starting with the overall height of the unit. Bottom to top measures 10 inches tall.
Edge to edge gives us a width measurement of five inches. These holes down here are the holes that would be used to mount the unit to the trailer, so your U-bolt would go in these two holes here. They are separated apart from one another on center by about three and 9/16 of an inch. They have a diameter of about a half inch. And then you have multiple bunk board mounting holes.
These are all separated on center by an inch and a half. And they have a diameter of a half inch as well. And then the plate thickness is a quarter inch thick.That's going to do it for today's look at the replacement CE Smith heavy duty vertical bunk bracket.

The products are exactly as advertised. We ordered u-bolts and brackets to replace the ones on our existing trailer. Customer service is wonderful. Only issue I had was the website which is harder than usual to navigate. Would order again!

- Distance Between Holes on Replacement CE Smith Heavy Duty, Vertical Bunk Bracket # CE10162GAThe distance between the each of the three holes on the bracket # CE10162GA that you referenced is 1-1/2 inches. Based on this you'd fit a 3 inch U-bolt in them if you skipped a hole.
