I have a older trailer snd I want to move to 13” tires instead of 12” only I don’t have wheel hub clearance. Can I do the under over kit on this? And do I need to add to the leaf springs?

The Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 will fit axles that are 2-3/8" in diameter while the # K71-385-00 is for 3" axles.
If you have the smaller 1-3/4" axle you can have a new Spring Seat # TRSS175 welded onto your axle to allow you to mount your axle below the leaf springs. A CE Smith U-Bolt Kit # CE23000 can replace your U-bolts for the 1-3/4" axle.
If you need help selecting new wheels and tires please let me know the current tire size and wheel lug pattern.
