If your 2017 Kia Forte LX Sedan has a manual transmission it can be flat towed using the following components:
Baseplate kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521640-5
Tow bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522
Safety cables and Tow bar wiring: RoadMaster Falcon 2 and Falcon All-Terrain Combo Towing Kit # RM-9243-1
Supplemental braking system: Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR
Lastly you will likely need a high-low adapter to level the tow bar to your tow vehicle so I included a link to a helpful article that goes over how to measure for the correct adapter, and a link to all of our high-low adapters for you to take a look at.
If your Forte has an automatic transmission then it CANNOT be flat towed, and you would need to use a tow dolly like the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes # RM-2050-1.
If you do use this tow dolly you will need to have a trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 installed on your tow vehicle to control the electric brakes. If you can tell me the Year/Make/Model of your tow vehicle I would be happy to recommend the correct wiring to get a trailer brake controller installed.
I recommend checking the recreational towing section of your owner's manual for any restrictions regarding flat towing/dolly towing, and any special steps needed to make your Forte ready to tow.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
