Recommended Replacement For BW Manufacturers Inc. 3230 Converter/Charger

Question:
1984 Skyline Austen C class on a Ford E-350 chassis Will this replace a B-W Manufactures Inc. 3230 converter charger? In addition to 110v connections, the 3230 connects via three wires: Blue +12v power from converter, Red +12v from battery bank and white common ground. How does the PD9130 hook up? I cant find a wiring diagram anywhere.

You're correct that the Progressive Dynamics Inteli-Power RV Converter and Battery Charger - 12V - 30 Amps # PD9130 would be the correct replacement for your BW Manufacturers Inc. 3230 Converter/Charger but you may also need a new DC fuse board as well. When you open the front door on your 3240 if the DC fuse board is in there and not somewhere else then you'll need a new one.
There isn't a specific wire color for each terminal as you'll need to supply your own wire but there are specifications pertaining to the size of the wires. The ground wire to chassis needs to be 6 to 12 AWG, battery negative to converter negative needs to be 2 to 14 AWG, and battery positive to converter positive needs to be 2 to 14 AWG.

Could you please tell me what you would recommend for the fuse board? I'm trying to figure out the replacement option for a BW 3240 as well. I don't know yet if it has the fuse panel inside, I'm just preparing for that eventuality.
