1. I just bought a 2019 Ram 2500. It does not have the factory “puck” system. I am wanting to install my 10 bolt rail system I had for 5th wheel hitch. Previous truck. What parts would this require. I would also need all hardware needed. 2. I would also like to add additional wiring harness with plug to inside bed. I am aware this would require drilling.

It is possible that your old rail system may fit your new 2019 Ram 2500 without prep package, but without knowing the part number or previous vehicle that you had, it is difficult to say for sure. I went ahead and gathered some information on 5th wheel rail kits that are a fit for your 2019 Ram without prep package and you can see if your current rail system happens to match one of the part numbers.

If you don't have one of these rails then I cannot guarantee fitment with your 2019 Ram. The kits mentioned above will each provide the industry standard rail system for most 5th wheel hitches. All hardware is included for each kit; if you happen to have one of these kits already then let me know which one you have and I will try to find the hardware.
In regard to the additional wiring harness plug, I would go with the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness 7-Pole # C56000 which is a very popular option. This comes with everything you need to add a 7 way plug to the inside of your truck bed.
