It looks like you have 3,500lb Dexter axles; while we do not have torsion axles exactly like that, we have another option that may work for you. If you don't need any lift or drop, which it looks like you don't, then I would look into the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System 3,500 lbs # ASR3500S05 which is a straight spindle setup. You can simply weld-in or bolt-in the new assembly and then run 2" tubing through both assemblies for reinforcement as seen in the attached demonstration video. One thing to note is that if you have a tandem trailer then you will need to swap out both axles for this setup, not just one; you cannot have two different styles of suspension on a trailer.
You can then re-build your hub assemblies. You can use Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K and Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. I attached several demonstration videos for you to check out.
