My trailer is a 2007 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel. The entry height is 28 inches. Width is 27 1/2 inches. Will a TLA8004 fit OK? If so, are there any negative concerns I should consider?

These are great steps, no negative concerns with the TorkLift GlowStep Revolution Scissor Steps w/ Landing Gear. However, # TLA8004 that you linked to is designed for an entry height of 32-1/2" - 44". If you have an entry height of 28", then I suggest the # TLA8003 model. This is for an entry height of 25-1/2" - 36".
