Question:

According to Kevin at Forklift, their Model A8004 has a 27 1/2 inch base but your description stares 25 1/2 base. Which is correct?

Hey Nick! The # TLA8104 you were looking at with a 25-1/2" base is the same as the A8104. The # TLA8004 which is the same as the A8004 has a 27-1/2" base which matches what you heard from TorkLift. Both are designed for an entry height of 32-1/2" - 44".

I have a floor to threshold disdence of 36 “ and a 29 “ door opening How many steps should I get for my 5 th wheel on there steps TorkLift steps thank you

@DougB you mean you have 29" of space to mount the steps? These don't mount in the door opening. The # TLA8004 has a 27-1/2" wide mounting bracket. If you don't have room for that use the # TLA8104 with a 25-1/2" wide mounting bracket.

@RobinH wanting to replace old scissor steps in box under door need to figure out a 3 or 4 step application to but there don’t want inside door step doesn’t work the doors on rv don’t close
