Strap Needed For Thule T2 Pro XT Bike Rack

Question:

Greetings from Colorado. I am searching for the following reaplcement part: Thule T2 Pro XT 9036XT cradle ratchet straps for rear cycle wheels. According to your website the product is: Replacement Rubber Strap for Thule T2 Bike Carrier Cradles Item # 753-3535 However, this item is for the T-3, as noted in the eTrailer.com video NOT the T-2. The T-2 strap is a ratchet strap it does not have circular holes. Please advise as to the correct product # as I would like to purchase two straps. Thank you

You are right that the strap you mentioned isn't the correct fit, and I checked with Thule and there isn't a standalone strap available for a T2 Pro XT, but there is still an option for you. What you would need instead is to replace the rear wheel cradle, which does come with the strap attached; I verified with Thule the correct replacement is the following:

- Replacement Rear Wheel Holder Assembly # 7521682001
