Would Blue Ox Patriot in Hybrid Mode Have Power to Lock Up Brakes

Question:
Will the hybrid setting be sufficient to stop the Wrangler, but not lock up the brakes?

If you put the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR in H mode, or Hybrid mode, because your vehicle has power assist brakes the braking power would be sufficient to stop the brakes as hard as you'd like.

I have a blue ox patriot 2 in my 2023 Ford F150 Hybrid TOAD. The controller is set to hybrid mode yet the braking system still occasionally locks up when the RV brakes are engaged even in the lowest settings? Any help?
