Does Provider ST205/75R15 Tire and Wheel Combo Come Balanced?

Does your tires/wheel package come balanced?

Trailer tire and wheel combinations like the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Vesper Black Mod Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR D # MX47FR do not come fully balanced like a vehicle wheel and tire would be, and instead are mounted by the manufacturers with the light spot of the tire matched to the heaviest spot of the wheel making it somewhat balanced.

Typically trailer tires and wheels do not get balanced with weights and a balancing machine as it is not needed, so if you are wanting that you would need to take the combination in to a local tire shop to have them add the weights to get it perfectly balanced.
