How Far can you tow in the maneuver position ?

When placing your Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R16 Slider # C16521 into the maneuvering position you'll only want to complete the turn and then slide it back into place to safely tow. Moving the hitch back puts the weight of the trailer behind the rear axle of the truck. This causes all sorts of ride/steering issues and could cause the front of the truck to point up. Going further than the turn places undue stress on the components of your truck and could seriously damage them.
