Question:

With so many options, I would like to know if I can flat tow my Lifted 2.5inch and 35inch tires 2016 Jeep JKU Rubicon Hardrock. It is a manual 6 speed transmission. If I can safely tow it, what do I need? I would like a full list of all required items along with some options.. particularly the tow vehicle brake set up.. I would appreciate all and any help!

Yes, your 2016 Jeep JKU Rubicon Hardrock edition is able to be flat towed. you'll need to follow the listed instructions in the owner's manual to get your vehicle ready to be flat towed though. You'll need a tow bar, tow bar wiring kit, base plate, braking system, and safety cables. I have the following recommendations for you below:
