Hello i have a Thule T2 Pro XT 2 Bike Hitch Rack and was wondering how i can i mount my bike rack when my receiver is 1.25 receiver and the thule has a 2 inch shaft

The best option would be to replace your existing rack with one designed for use in a 1-1/4 inch hitch such as part # TH23JV which would be a pretty expensive proposition.
Barring that, you can use an adapter like # HTAD which isn't my favorite alternative, because it will lower the tongue weight capacity of your hitch by 50% which means that the weight of the rack plus that of the bikes can't weigh more than 1/2 the hitch's tongue weight capacity listed on it's ID sticker. Also, use of an adapter can cause the rack to bounce and move around more than it ordinarily would were an adapter not used.
