Question:
Trailer lighting. I drive a 2015 jeep grand cherokee with the factory tow package activated. I bought the CURT T connector which has the 4 and 7 way. Only the left turn signal for the lights do not work. Right signal works. Running lights work. What can I do to fix the issue?

Thank you very much for your purchase from etrailer of the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness - 7-Way and 4-Pole Flat Connectors # C55774 for your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the factory tow package. There are a number of troubleshooting steps you can take to try and find the issue since your trailer's turn light signal is not working.
in order to determine the specific problem you will need to purchase a circuit tester if you do not have one - the very handy Cordless Circuit Tester # PTW2979 - and test the connector on your vehicle after disconnecting it from your trailer. Check the wiring going into your harness from the tow package plug to see if those wires are carrying the correct signals, if not then the issue is with the Jeep wiring.
If the signals going to your harness are okay, which I suspect is likely, you'll need to test the signals coming out of the harness, and if they are correct then your issue is likely going to be with the trailer side wiring. You will want to look for the wire going to the turn signal light that may be pinched or otherwise damaged and fix accordingly.
I have added links below to a pair of help articles on trailer wiring, including a troubleshooting guide for you to take a look at, which I recommend doing. Additionally, to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector, and increase its durability and lifespan I highly recommend using Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755.
