Is a Fastway e2 2-Point Sway Control Trunnion 1000-10,000 compatible with an Equalizer 1400-14,000 head?

Expert Reply:

I spoke with my contact at Progress Manufacturing, the manufacturer of Fastway and Equal-i-zer and was told that Fastway trunnion bars would not be compatible with an Equal-i-zer weight distribution head. The trunnions are a different size and wouldn't fit properly in the head, resulting in premature wear and possible loss of the bars while driving down the road.

If you have Fastway bars, we offer a replacement trunnion head as part # FA92-02-1255 which is a replacement for 600, 800, 1000 or 1200 lb spring bars. The hardware/washer kit is available as part # FA92-02-9600.
