You will need to check your vehicle specific owners manual for tow ratings. From information available to me it appears the 2021 Forest River RV Rockwood Ultra Lite 2445WS is just under 10K for gross weight. Online research shows a tow rating for the Ram 5.7L as low as 7K to as high as almost 11K for four wheel drive models. You will certainly be on the upper edge if capable. Online articles are helpful but for accurate answers of tow capacities, always consult the vehicle specific owners manual.
I noticed that many, if not all, 2021 Forest River RV Rockwood Ultra Lite 2445WS 5th wheels have the Turning Point rotating pin box. This should not be used with the Andersen Ultimate # AM3200 that state you intend to install in your Ram truck. Rotating pin boxes should not be used with any type of adapter to ensure stability and a solid connection. There is an appeal of the lightweight Andersen hitch, but you will be much safer and have a much better, more comfortable, towing experience with a fixed 5th wheel hitch.
I suggest the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # BWRVK3200 and the B&W Base Rails, # BWRVK2604. The 3/4" thick jaw on the Patriot is precision machined to provide a tight, sturdy connection. And unlike slide-bar models, the rounded 2-piece jaw on this fifth-wheel trailer hitch inhibits rattle and movement by securely wrapping around your trailer's king pin, resulting in easier hookup and a safer, quieter ride. You will want to use a wedge kit with this, such as the Custom Wedge # SWW-06.
