No Power on Buyers Products 3370093500 Trailer Jack When Plugged into 7-way on 2002 Ford F250
Published 07/30/2021 >
Question:
I asked a question earlier this week about my newly installed 3370093500 electric jack not working. I checked the plug wiring and everything was wired correctly. Checked the fuses and found 2 blown fuses. Replaced them and it still would not work. Very frustrated. I read somewhere online the ignition key needs to be turned on. I tried that and it works perfect! Problem solved.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with your # 3370093500 trailer jack.
If you're not getting 12V on the pin in the 1:00 position in the 7-way trailer connector, I'd suspect a blown or missing fuse.
The 20A fuse that protects this circuit is in location 115 in the fuse panel located behind the panel just under the steering column. The panel is held in place by 4 fasteners, turn them counter clockwise that he panel can be removed.
If the fuse was blown, you'll want to figure out why it blew and repair the issue or you'll continue to blow fuses.
