Tow Mirror Recommendation for 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500

Question:

My wife hit mirrors with another truck and destroyed only the drivers side o know that all these things are sold in pairs and it also states that some mirrors arent compatible with the diesel engine because of the ambient temperature sensor in the passenger side, so is there any reason I cant buy a cheaper set of mirrors that arent compatible with the diesel since I have no need to replace the passenger side anyway. There is no sensor in the drivers mirror that I can see surely there isnt any wiring that connects the two is there? Thanks in advance Jason

The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors # KS62135-36G, are direct replacement for GM OEM mirrors for the 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. These mirrors do not have temperature sensors but the power remote capability, heated glass, and LED turn signal of these mirrors will work if your vehicle already has those functions. I see no reason that this option will not successfully replace your drivers side.
