Why Would Timbren On One Side of Truck be Compressed and Other Not at All

Question:

When we installed the timbrens, the passenger side is touching the axle while the camper is off the truck. There is clearance on the driver side. See photo. What can we do?

The unloaded picture of your Timbren setup installed on your truck is concerning. Does the truck seem to sit level from left to right? Was it ever in an accident by chance? Are any of the suspension components worn out?

You really shouldn't see that much compression on one side of the truck with that much gap on the other side unless something with the truck is bad.
