I spoke with my contact at Firestone, who tells me that the frame bracket for your B and W Gooseneck hitch will not interfere with the installation or use of the Ride Rite # F2250 Air Helper Spring.
The air bag will locate between the underside of the frame member and the top of the axle, just in board of the leaf springs as shown in the diagram posted for you.
