The Curt Spectrum Trailer Brake Controller # C51170 will indeed work with your 2014 Nissan Armada, but I can find no reference of the S0654X-RAIS you mentioned.
To install the # C51170 in your Armada you will need the Curt Plug In Wiring Adapter # C51382 which will plug into the factory trailer brake controller located underneath the dash of your vehicle. This will take care of all of the wiring for the controller and makes for a very easy, straight forward install.
If your Armada does not have the factory towing package you will also need to add a 7-way connector using the Factory Style 7-Way and 4-Way Flat Vehicle End Trailer Connector # N40975.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
