I would be happy to help, but unfortunately we do not have a breakdown of the correct replacement parts for your 2005 Load Rite 20360096RTB.
Instead the first thing your will need to do is remove one of your current hubs and look for the bearing number stamped in the face of the inner and outer bearing as shown in the included picture of the # L44649.
If your bearings are worn to the point that you cannot read the bearing numbers you will need to use digital calipers # PTW80157 to precisely measure your spindle in the locations shown in the included diagram.
With the above information I will be able to recommend the correct replacement disc brake kit, and the bearing kit.
Now for an actuator to replace Tie Down Engineering Model 70E I recommend the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout - Disc - Zinc - 2" Ball - 7,000 lbs # DM62VR which is designed for trailers with disc brakes like yours, and has the same 700lb tongue weight/7000lb trailer weight rating as your current actuator.
For replacement brakes lines I recommend the Brake Line Kit # 18SI-BLKIT since your trailer has a single axle.
If you can provide the bearing information mentioned above I would be happy to confirm the rest of the components needed.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
