I have a complete replacement light option for you, but unfortunately the LED diode in the taillight of your 2018 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite 2606WS is not replaceable by itself.
Based on the SAE 2 AS2T216 10 DOT you provided I was able to identify that your 2606WS uses Low Profile RV Combination Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - 9 Diodes - Passenger Side # RVSTL60 as the replacement tail light. This is for the passenger side as you mentioned, but if you need the driver side as well you will need the # RVSTL61 as well.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
