I sure can!
What you will need to do to install the Derale Transmission Cooler # D13504 you were looking at while still keeping the factory transmission cooler on your 2007 Yukon Denali XL you will remove the driver side line from the factory trailer connector. You will then attach one side of the # D13504 to the factory cooler using GM Adapter # D13035.
The other line of from the # D13504 will get connected to the factory transmission cooler line you removed.
