Question:
Does the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2inch Hitches - 3-1/2inch Span Item # 63232inch properly fit the 22x59 Rola Cargo Carrier for 2inch Hitches - Steel - 600 lbs Item # 59502? If not or this lock is not recommended, what anti-rattle hitch receiver lock is recommended? This will be used on either a 2020 GMC Yukon SLT or a 2007 GMC Sierra SLE, both of which have 2inch hitch receiver tubes. Thank you

We have just what you are looking for!
While the # 63232 you mentioned will not work with your 22x59 Rola Cargo Carrier 59502, the HitchMate Threaded Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # HE6001 will fit and work perfectly.
This hitch pin will keep the carrier locked and keep it from rattling on either the 2" receiver of your 2020 GMC Yukon SLT or your 2007 GMC Sierra SLE.
