Yes if you have two 3 inch pipes that need to be connected the Valterra Coupling for Rigid RV Sewer Pipe # F02-2104 would work great.

It seems like you're looking for a coupling like this one #F02-2104. It has two clamps and will go in between both your grey and black water tank and the rest of your waste system.
