Question:

With Curt C11473 hitch for my 2017 Prius, wondering what ball mount not sure how much is needed is best for to tow a Sylvan Sport Go trailer . I plan to lift the prius 1.5inch. Also, are there any other recommended accessories?

I looked up the specs of your Sylvan Sport Go Trailer and it has a hitch height of 17". When we had a chance to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11473 you were looking at on a 2017 Toyota Prius like yours we found it had a hitch height of 14".

To tow your trailer level you will need to go with the Curt Class II Drawbar - 2-5/8" Rise, 3-1/4" Drop - 7-1/4" Long - 3,500 lbs # C45521 which has a 2-5/8" rise but will be level once your Prius sags from the tongue weight of the trailer, 2" hitch ball # C40018 to match the coupler on your trailer, and hitch pin and clip # F-4.

Lastly you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # C56353 to power the lights of the trailer.
